CD4060BD-HLF-5V to 15V 14-Stage Binary Ripple Counter IC

The CD4060BD is a 14-stage binary ripple counter with an integrated on-chip oscillator, which can be configured using either an RC network or a crystal oscillator circuit. It is well-suited for a variety of timing and frequency division applications. When the Reset pin is set to a high level, the internal counter is cleared to zero and the oscillator is disabled. The counter stages utilize master-slave flip-flops, with counting triggered on the falling edge of the clock inputs (CP0 and CP1). For enhanced reliability in noisy environments, Schmitt trigger inputs are incorporated on the clock lines, allowing the device to operate effectively with signals that have slow or irregular rise and fall times.
