The 74HC393 Dual 4-bit Binary is a Dual 4-bit Binary Ripple Counter IC, designed using advanced silicon-gate CMOS technology. It contains two independent 4-bit ripple carry binary counters, each with an individual clear input, providing flexibility for various counting and division applications. The counters are triggered on the HIGH-to-LOW transition (negative edge) of the clock input, making it suitable for synchronization in digital circuits. When the clear input is set HIGH, all four bits of each counter are reset to a low level, enabling count truncation and facilitating customizable divide-by-N counter configurations. Note:
