Does this have a funtioning Serial Port? I don't see a serial chip.

stm32f103 has 3 serial ports, also supports 1 usb device port, can emulate keyboard, mouse and far morebest programmed with st-link

What kind of software do I need to program it? And surely don't advise Arduino, its shit for real world use. Little wank projects yes, but not for real ARM programming.

Arduino IDE meh but it depends on the goal, at software is powerful but also a complete pain to setup any project, for smaller projects, it's fineI'm using it with ADC DMA, complex timer controls and more without issue
